I have not been on here in a while, the warm weather has taken me out of the house and on to the back of my trusty stead!

- Welcome to my cabin! Grab a seat and sit a spell, I am so glad you stopped by. You are now in the mountains of Eastern Kentucky, where the winters are long and the fires are warm. I live in Berea, Kentucky right down on the other side of the mountains. Berea is located on a ridge, and some say we make our home where the bluegrass ends and the mountains begin. Berea is home to Berea College, and the town has a reputation of some very handy craftman. I spend my time making something out of nothing, revamping junk, so to speak. I am also an avid horse rider and my spring, summer and fall are spent on the back of my beloved horse, Penny.

Your garden is so pretty! Yes, Warm weather has taken us out side more, but the humid 80s and 90's are climbing already. So not ready for the air conditioner but I see it coming...
